Troubleshooting
Question:When I click on the Windows Media link in XP it prompts me to "save" or "cancel". What am I suppose to do?
Answer:
Save the file to your desktop and then click Open, this will launch the stream and you now have a quick shortcut on your desktop to launch the stream.
Question:
I clicked on the link but nothing is playing?
Answer:
On occassion the stream may be down or certain relays may be down. If you are still having trouble please send me an email from the main contact page.
Question:
I clicked on the iTunes link but another player opened.
Answer:
Yes, if you have another player installed that plays .pls files then this will happen until the file association on your PC has been changed. Generally this happens if the other player was recently installed, that is after iTunes.
